An excellent track record of successfully delivering complex projects/programs across a range of technologies (cloud/virtualised, physical servers, database factory, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, accommodation and facilities management, regulatory and compliance).Judith has initiated, led and advised on a number of high profile complex strategic and technical programs/projects within the Telecommunications, Academic, Banking, Manufacturing, Utilities, Government and Wholesale/Retail Industries. Judith’s role as Program Manager covered financial management, vendor engagements, stakeholder management and steering committee reporting. She is highly experienced in the evaluation, costing (RFQ/RFT/Business Case) and the end to end delivery of projects. She also has a proven track record in release and risk management covering infrastructure and application delivery which involved security governance and legal approvals. While at Telstra, Judith delivered programs for Business Support Systems (BSS) e.g, Customer Ordering, Warehouse Picking, Order Activation, Billing. She also managed the Telstra OSS (operations support systems) and Network Security programs. Judith deployed the initial release of Big Pond which automated functions of FOH/BOH applications using TIBCO workflow. At Energy Australia and AGL Judith managed programs to service Contact Centre Telephony services in Australia, India and Manila. She also led the delivery of Customer Billing Disaster Recovery program. Judith has MBA/PRINCE2 qualifications and delivered initiatives using AGILE and Waterfall methodologies. Judith’s strength is her ability to build teams and uplift work culture with positive outlook. She also has the capacity to train resources due to her teaching background. When time permits, Judith engages in capital building projects to utilise her artistic skills.
