I believe that the process of selling a property should be enjoyable. The process should be a team effort involving all the professionals required such as your estate agent, solicitor, mortgage advisor and professional photographer. All too often the process feels uncoordinated with those involved working to their own time scales. I want things to be different, for the professionals to work together to achieve the sale. My role within the team as a home stager is to maximise the potential of your property when selling and help you sell quickly. Presenting your property to its best helps you achieve the best possible price and a quick sale assisting with cash flow and enabling you to move on to your next project or home. The way we buy property or book a holiday has changed completely with searches having moved online. This means that good presentation is vital for your marketing (stop the scrolling) and to give your prospective buyers/ tenants/ guests a lovely experience when they view. I help property developers, investors, and home owners to achieve the best price and sell quickly. I do this by advising you how to "dress" or "stage" a property so that it appeals to buyers by helping them visualise the life they could lead if they buy it rather than them struggle to picture themselves living there if it's an empty shell. I also help owners of holiday lets and serviced accommodation present their properties so as to achieve the best rental income and maximise the length of the letting season.
