Whether it is organisational development, leadership projects or culture change - I bring movement by being fully present, listening without judgement and naming things as they are. With a background in HR, change management, organisational consulting and experience as a speaker and coach, I combine knowledge with my own vulnerability and life experience. I see myself as an instrument. This effects in that I get to the core quickly, encourage people to reflect and help organisations break patterns. My speciality? Creating space where there is chafing. Because that is where growth begins. And personal growth means organisational growth!
