I am a dedicated and passionate architectural leader with 11 years of experience specialising in multi-residential and mixed-use developments. Thriving in dynamic environments and bringing a meticulous approach to each project phase, I have honed my skills in strategic masterplanning, concept design, design development, and project delivery. My design methodology is grounded in crafting considered and impactful outcomes in response to the unique contexts of the project site and brief. Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse sectors in Australia and New Zealand, leading projects that range from large-scale urban developments in bustling Melbourne to rebuilding efforts in post-earthquake Christchurch. As a Lead at DKO Architecture, I have successfully managed complex projects, collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams, and built a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. My educational background in architectural studies, combined with my industry-recognised achievements, including the PCA 500 Women in Property Program in Victoria and the UDIA Award for Excellence in South Australia, underscore my commitment to design excellence and professional growth. When I think about what motivates me, it's all about creating spaces that inspire and improve lives, as I strongly value social and environmental sustainability and context-driven design. I'm always looking at how I can upskill and engage with the community, networking and staying at the forefront of industry trends. I believe in fostering meaningful connections and am driven by the opportunity to shape environments that are not only functional but also enrich the communities they serve. Outside of work, you’ll find me dedicated to a gym and fitness lifestyle, keeping a keen eye on fashion, planning my next bucket list travel adventure, and always appreciating a strong latte.
