As a team leader/supervisor, I have successfully worked cross-functionally in creating “out of the box” ideas and cooperation using excellent communication skills to set plans into action. My leadership abilities and testaments include: • Turning around an under-performing operation that was impacting negatively on profitability of entire company. • Implementing a marketing strategy with select area businesses to generate new growth. • Launching marketing campaigns with businesses to promote the company’s product. • Empowering team members with the knowledge of how to assess customers’ needs with consistent proven ability to gain the participation of others to benefit company projects.
