à propos de moi:I like being off work more than working and I only work because I need things, but I am very productive when I am at work.I have been doing the same type of work for a long time because I am very good at it and I like doing things that I am good at.I have worked with all kinds of applications and processes, so there is not much of anything that confuses me or that I cannot manage successfully. I listen, I'm organized, I'm helpful, I have a great memory but still write everything down, I show up prepared, and I don't take myself or this work too seriously. My confidence is not hubris. I will not be the loudest voice in the room because I'm only here to help and have no points to prove.I will tell you when your ideas are bad, but I will help you brainstorm better ones. And I will always ask "what is the problem you are trying to solve". I like people who do the same for me.I will tell you when your processes are inefficient, but I will help you develop better ones. And I will say it nicely. I like people who do the same for me.I believe you should have the skillset to facilitate a meeting and take notes at the same time. Or better yet, let's normalize everybody taking their own notes in 2024!I think interviews are awkward and won't tell you much about a person's ability to do a job. But I like having honest conversations where we both determine whether or not we should work together.I do not like a ruse, unless its intended outcome is light hearted shenanigans.
