I am a licensed realtor prepared to help people buy and/or sell their home. With my background in financial services, including conducting loan closings, I feel I offer a bit more than the average realtor. I have recently become certified as a Military Relocation Professional. I have a special program that is designed to save money buying or selling your home that is my way to say "thank you" to our very own Hometown Heroes right here in our own community for military, firefighters, police, teachers, & some medical personnel. I spent 12 yrs. in financial services helping individuals/families & businesses achieve their financial goals. I've always tried to find out what people want & need & help them achieve it! I pride myself on making recommendations only when it is better for the client. As a notary, I have done mortgage loan closings with various title companies all over the country for refinanced & purchase mortgages for clients within the state. I also notarize various other documents including wills, estate planning, auto loans, etc. In addition, I have also conducted signings for debt resolutions. I contract periodically with various companies to share my benefits expertise at company benefit fairs & present employee benefits at annual open enrollment meetings. I specialize in being able to explain employees' benefit packages to help them better understand what is offered. My past experience has included 15+ years of human resources with an emphasis in benefits.
