About Judy Saxton

As an Assistant Project Accountant at Tarlton Corporation, I bring over 39 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in administration, estimation, and Procore software. I started my career as an Administrative Assistant and worked my way up to Senior Estimator and Vice President at Architectural Sheet Metal Sys, Inc, where I managed multiple projects and bids for over 23 years. I then joined Diestelkamp Construction as a Lead Project Accountant, where I handled financial and accounting tasks for several large projects. In 2014, I worked as a Corporate Assistant at Ross & Baruzzini, where I supported the executive team with various administrative duties. In 2017, I worked at Russell HBD, a division of Russell, as a Project Coordinator and later as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, such as contracts and change orders and overseeing/training other Project Coordinators. I have extensive knowledge of Procore, a cloud-based construction management platform, to manage and track project data, documents, and communications. I am Procore Admin certified, proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Word and Viewpoint. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. My goal is to deliver high-quality and efficient projects that meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
