I am a Lead Experience Designer with 18+ years of experience shaping complex, data-driven products and making them simple, intuitive, and adoptable. My core role is leading UX strategy, research, and high-fidelity design for multilingual, global SaaS platforms. My approach combines strategic design leadership with instructional design principles, ensuring that what we build is not only usable, but understood, embraced, and impactful.Whether I am mapping product strategy, building certification-style learning pathways, or coaching emerging talent, my goal is the same: to deliver clarity, confidence, and measurable value for both users and the business.I have beginner German-speaking skills, and I am improving every day.
