About Juergen Weber

Innovation is my passion! The following Innovation Management tools I’m using quite successful since many years: • leading and working with a highly motivated but professional and heterogeneous team, • generating new ideas together with the team continiously and, together with key customers, striving for real innovations enabling all participating parties to earn money with, • up to now, my team and I published more than 150 different patents granted, nearly one every two months in average, please see e.g. DE 10 2004 051 846 B4, • consequently creating and updating a technology portfolio and roadmap aligned with our strategy having new products, digital platform or services with USPs included, • defining clear targets and timelines by using effective tools like agility if reasonable, by having efficient processes in place simultaneously, • be aligned with our most important national and international customer and market needs, • creating economic value, using business administration and controlling tools, • staying connected with a global scientific network including students and professors both, • generating and prioritizing an idea database for next generation products, • keeping my knowledge constantly updated and staying curious for new things, trying to train others by giving lectures with open discussions, publishing results if applicable, and applying for patents in markets addressed.
