I am really excited to work in Hitachi Energy Finland and to be a part of this company which still have a long history as a technology leader. I am with my colleagues looking the better ways to serve our customers and utilize all the skills in our company and work with our channels and partners to ensure sustainable energy future for all. I was managing and developing ABB's sales for whole portfolio in Finnish market for industry sector customers and especially I was taking care of Finnish customers in Chemical, Oil and Gas segment. I moved back to my home country Finland in July 2016 almost after one decade abroad. I was happy about the positive change in the market and ABB's even more customer focused approach in Finland. We as a team in ABB worked really hard to find better ways to make industrial customers successful with wide offering that ABB could deliver to improve their productivity. I lead and developed sales and marketing in Switzerland to one of ABB's spearhead product portfolio Medium Voltage Drives. Before returning to Europe, I helped my successor into speed and developed sales plans and structures for strategic projects in Qatar to help ABB to be a part of Qatar's National Vision 2030. I made as a CEO of ABB Qatar a step change to organization which is now working as a professional team supporting each others to ensure best customer support in Qatar as well ensuring profitable growth of ABB Qatar in all new business we make. My role as CEO/Country Manager included general management of ABB LLC as a CEO of the company and Chairman of the board of ABB Oryx LLC and to represent ABB Group in Qatar market. Leading and developing multinational organization consisting 35 different nationalities. Previous experience of developing new and existing customer relationships on global corporate level and managing and leading team of senior global key account managers. Long experience working with metals and mining companies and leading own profit unit which was delivering complete solutions and services.
