About Juha Pihanen

Future success is born when technology understands people. My role is to act as a translator between these two worlds, helping to turn complex technologies like AI and XR into human-centric experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and genuinely useful. We are living through a shift where technology is finally beginning to adapt to us—not the other way around. This requires a new way of thinking and breaking down the silos that have traditionally separated technology developers, creative content producers, and business strategists. My unique career path has prepared me for this very role. I have operated in three different worlds: as a creative producer, entrepreneur, and performer; as a producer at Apple, I gained experience in multidisciplinary, high-end technology processes; and today, I also work as a public policy advocate and ecosystem builder. This versatile perspective has been deepened by 17 years spent abroad—in creative hubs like New York, Berlin, and London—and, on the other hand, by a deep connection to my roots at a 360-year-old family estate. This combination provides the ability to see things from both an international and a down-to-earth perspective simultaneously. All of this has led to my current work, where I aim to influence national and EU strategies and, through Createch Finland, help companies harness the power of creative technology in global markets. Best innovations are often born at unexpected intersections. I am always open to discussions and new forms of collaboration.
