Over three years marked by diverse projects, global exposure, and high-impact collaborations, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with leaders and senior stakeholders at nearly every top global pharmaceutical and biotech company. This journey has deepened my expertise in healthcare strategy and delivery. I currently serve as a Manager at Freyr Solutions, where I lead strategic programs for Fortune 500 pharma clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. Previously, at ZS Associates, I specialized in healthcare consulting, delivering over $50 million in business impact through initiatives in market expansion, digital transformation, and forecasting across 20+ countries. My work has spanned critical therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, rare diseases, flu, and vaccines, often supporting billion-dollar portfolio decisions. Across roles, I’ve developed deep expertise in healthcare strategy, regulatory delivery, commercial analytics, and cross-border stakeholder management—with a consistent focus on creating scalable, data-driven solutions. At the Indian School of Business (ISB), I pursued a triple major in Strategy & Leadership, Marketing, and Healthcare, earning a Merit Scholarship (Top 0.5%). My MBA sharpened my consulting toolkit and reinforced my commitment to solving complex healthcare challenges, including a live consulting engagement with Mastercard. I was also a Top 7 national finalist in the Ashok Leyland Case Competition and a Top 20 finalist in Flipkart Wired. I actively support DEI initiatives and was part of the core team of Women@ZS, as well as the Advocacy Lead at Accessibility@ZS. Beyond work, I’ve always embraced challenge and teamwork—I am a former national-level footballer, a certified mountaineer, and was nominated for the prestigious Karmaveer Chakra Award for my contributions to education and social impact.
