About Julee Waggoner

I’m here for the wins — but even more for the people behind them. I love creating a culture where sales feels energizing, not exhausting. Where collaboration is second nature, and where we celebrate progress just as much as results. When the team is thriving, the numbers usually follow. I’m a proud mom, which means I’ve mastered the art of multitasking, negotiating with tiny humans, and showing up with empathy — skills that translate surprisingly well to sales leadership. My approach to coaching is personal and strategic. I take time to understand how each person thinks, communicates, and grows best — then tailor support that actually sticks. It’s not about micromanaging or cookie-cutter advice. It’s about helping people unlock what already makes them great. If you’re someone who values thoughtful leadership, strong team culture, or just enjoys a good conversation about what makes sales teams tick — I’d love to connect.
