Some things I’ve done-wellness check and employee engagement surveys -relationship building through video calls, emails, and in-person chats with employees -onboarding and retention meetups and research I love helping people and finding ways to make their work simpler and more inclusive and I love improving spaces, whether it's enhancing work culture, the process and duties of a role, or ideas and written communication. I'm a multi-passionate person and am constantly finding online or in-person classes on new skills I want to learn (I have a growing list). I definitely have a growing TBR list for both physical and audiobooks. Overall, I get excited about opportunities to help people where they’re at, improving culture and vision, blending creativity with research and data, and creating positive change.
