I have more than 14 years of diversified construction experience in the commercial and residential building industry. I'm currently self employed with a established reputation for customer satisfaction and quality workmanship on projects of various scopes and sizes - focusing on being on schedule and on budget. I pride myself on being punctual, conscientious and efficient in the completion of my duties, and encourage my team members to follow suit. As a leader, I excel at problem solving and motivating the tradespeople that I work with. I have experience with blueprint reading, analyzing scoping documents, and am familiar with building and permitting processes. I have strong skill sets in a wide variety of areas, including administering, managing and directing construction forces, developing and managing project budgets, establishing and maintaining timelines, and ensuring a high quality of workmanship across the board. I'm currently seeking new Project Management opportunities.
