About Jules Joseph

Currently, I am residing in Kuala Lumpur, but I am working in many countries as my work nature requires me to travel often. I have completed my degree from Sunderland University the campus in Malaysia & a professional engineering certificate from Malaysia Airlines engineering training Center. I have done both graduates Diploma and Degree Honor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I am in TRU simulation working as a field representative and hardware engineer for the past 4 years. My main role & responsibilities for the company is to handle issues related to minor software (setting and configuration), hardware, visual, motion system, snags reported, upgrades, and modification require to be done on-site with minimal help from HQ. I work on the installation and maintenance process of the full flight simulator system from day one to various projects and countries. Also, I deal with the support and guidance across the globe and sometimes required travel to solve a simulator which is grounded when remote access cannot be fixed. I'm looking forward to getting a higher responsibility and challenging job as I need to improve myself especially areas I'm expert at by achieving both missions and objectives set by the company and individual.
