Hi there, A little bit about myself - 15 years working in Sales/Account Management within SaaS. I’ve built a solid reputation for: • delivering results • building strong external & internal client relationships • going the extra mile for my team I joined LinkedIn in 2016 as a Relationship Manager having had a keen interest in the Social Selling Revolution. During my tenure as an IC, I won numerous accolades including President’s Club in FY22, something I’m still very proud of to this day. I now lead a team of 7 Account Managers in the SMB & Mid-Market space for the UKI region. My leadership style is inclusive, empowering and empathetic. I’m a strong believer in psychological safety within the workplace. My leadership ethos is very simple - be humble, be authentic and always ensure you’re serving your team. I am trained in Meddicc, a level 1 certified coach and have completed a vast array of leadership & sales courses over the years. Outside of work, I am a proud father to our little boy, I like to keep fit and I love to cook. Feel free to connect!
