About Juli Clinton

In the summer of 2023, I entered the construction management industry - as a Project Engineer at Swinerton. The diversity in both my professional and personal backgrounds is reflected in my skill set, which has proved invaluable while navigating this dynamic field. The scene of my formative years was set in the metropolis of Shanghai, CN, where I was consistently surrounded by large-scale infrastructure development. As a young passerby, I formed an innate fascination with the building process, observing groundwork to completion countless times. I went on to earn a B.S. in Architectural Studies at Washington State University. My degree, alongside minors in construction management and business, has made for a well-rounded academic foundation and strong organizational skills. I also served as the VP of Standards for my sorority chapter of 130 women, where I honed my leadership skills and tact. Before graduation, I gained hands-on experience in professional settings as I interned at a general contracting firm and a public urban planning group. I am passionate about detail-oriented practicality in my processes while implementing innovative approaches where applicable. I believe that these processes, in conjunction with strong collaboration with all parties, are crucial to ensure a successful project.
