About Juli Khoe

I love jigsaw puzzles! I enjoy studying the oddly shaped interlocking pieces and I am fascinated to see how the individual pieces come together to form a beautiful picture. I have always approached my career like my beloved puzzles by using my strong analytical skills to finding creative solutions to making a company run more efficiently. The more challenging the issue, the more thrilling it becomes to figure out how to make everything come together. Whether I am working on Workflow Management, Operational Efficiency, Planning Budgeting & Forecasting, or Company Controls and Procedures, I approach them like a puzzle, by rolling up my sleeves, and looking at individual items from different angles, grouping things that work together, and pulling out the obvious pieces to start tackling the issue. At a start-up EV Company, I was tasked with building a finance department from the ground up. While quickly learning the complicated automotive industry, I constructed an accounting system from scratch and created a purchasing approval system and policies to safeguard the company’s assets. Our team is essentially a bunch of integral puzzle pieces that are working tirelessly to build that prototype vehicle that will secure our company’s future. Krista Lee was a family-owned lifestyle clothing company that competed for the same hanger space as well-funded branded labels. As the CFO, I found creative ways to remain financially viable, including negotiating private-label contracts with department stores while continuing to protect our main specialty store customers. I am especially passionate about my Treasury volunteer work for local non-profits. It is fulfilling finding ways to improve upon existing financial systems and making the most out of a limited budget. I am also thrilled when I see that my financial presentations are easily understood by non-financial constituents! My goal is to continue to utilize my extensive financial and accounting experience to forward causes and companies that I believe in. I look forward to working together with the organization’s co-workers, executives, customers, vendors and volunteers to solve and piece together beautiful new puzzles.
