Obsessed with technology, real estate and solving problems. As a real estate agent, I help home sellers with their unique situation - either to sell quickly for cash or repair for top dollar. I specialize in helping heirs liquidate real property during the probate process. Spent years working in the Information Technology industry in these positions: Technical Analyst, Program Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Business Analyst, Corporate Trainer, Technical Writer, Technical Support Engineer and Systems Administrator. Responsibilities include project management, partnering with business users and software developers, training and mentoring, writing technical requirements and documentation, communicating with stakeholders, organizing and leading meetings as well as solving technical problems. Manage concurrent technical projects using Agile methodology with the software developers to ship quality products on time while satisfying business users objectives. Act as a liaison between developers, business users, executives and vendors and kept everyone aware of the project's status and risks. Use servant leadership and influence as a motivating factor to meet project requirements and deadlines. Results-oriented with excellent problem solving skills, verbal and written communication, attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Completed Scrum Master certification in September, 2014. Won the Go Code software competition in 2018. Outside of work, I'm a very picky investor (I only invest in things I can control - learned the hard way -). Currently, gathering local real estate investors for networking in order to provide my seller clients a cash offer option. I'm active in my local community.
