Few people have the ability to move an organization from where they are to where they want to be. I’ve been able to do just that as I’ve walked alongside organizations that wanted to grow. I greatly expanded market share and profitability for a medical coding company while innovatively facing the challenges of the shift from fee for service to value. I grew an indirect sales channel by 535%, led year-over-year growth for an emergency medicine start-up and helped triple the membership of a non-profit. I live to both learn and achieve. I enjoy the balance of new knowledge and opportunity that is found within the arenas of medicine and technology. My background in business and psychology helps me to understand the market and people. I’m able to discern what others value and find the solutions which drive success, grow new business and create return on investment. I believe in mentoring along the way and love a lively discussion.
