My role involves managing and promoting properties, attracting and retaining customers, and generating revenue for the company. I use property management systems, CRM tools, and sales techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have a strong background in industrial engineering, which I studied at Lebanese International University and graduated in 2021. I learned how to apply engineering principles, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to improve processes, systems, and operations. I also have a certification in critical thinking for better judgment and decision-making from LinkedIn, which helps me to evaluate and optimize solutions in complex and dynamic situations. I am an energetic and ambitious person who is always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
