About Julia Balabanova

Senior Business Analyst and certified Scrum Master with nearly a decade of experience delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions at Veeam Software. I specialize in bridging business and technical teams through clear analysis, structured planning, and strong communication. My expertise spans data governance, access control, system migrations, and Agile delivery. I’ve led and supported migration initiatives of varying complexity across different business areas, ensuring continuity, compliance, and clarity in documentation and execution. Colleagues often rely on my high attention to detail and structured thinking — especially when mapping data flows, documenting requirements, or introducing new platforms and processes. I’m passionate about making enterprise data accessible, secure, and useful — and I enjoy mentoring others in business analysis and Agile methods. As a mentor with Women in Tech® and an internal trainer, I help build knowledge across teams. Currently, I’m focused on platform adoption, access modeling, and enabling data transparency at scale. Open to opportunities where strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and high standards for quality and governance are essential.
