Life Design: Creating change is not only possible, it is what our human brains were designed for. The brain loves to learn new things, the challenge is that it also loves to conserve energy. How does it conserve energy? Oftentimes by creating habits that do not serve our growth, momentum & expansion. It takes determination to override self limiting thoughts, beliefs & habits. This is a skill that can be developed & utilized to create a life, a business & a way of being that allows not only. success but flourishing. I guide journeys of self discovery & actualization where learning to understand your own brain allows you to retrain it to work on your behalf. My clients experience success in emotional maturity, mental discipline, money matters, relationships, business/career trajectory & profitability. When you begin to utilize your brain at it's maximum capacity, quantum leaps become everyday results. My passions include self development, neuroscience, business, alternative/holistic healing, coaching, energy, design & animals (especially dogs). I believe in our power to heal & expand ourselves. My natural abilities as an intuitive & empathic individual combined with active studies, certifications & ongoing training in personal development, energy modalities, transformational coaching, NLP, brain science & business are the core of my practice. My mission is to guide those willing to live their best life to their highest potential & then expand it further. I am constantly doing this with myself as an ongoing experience of how far can I go. My answer is there is always more to learn & become!
