I am an experienced leader with over 22 years of transformative experience, dedicated to reshaping workplace cultures by prioritizing innovation, empowerment, and inclusivity. As the Manager of Employee Events and Wellness and India Co-President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Mr. Cooper/Xome India, I have spearheaded initiatives that uplift over 2800 employees, fostering a culture of wellness, inclusivity, and engagement. My work has ranged from creating impactful town halls and mental health programs to establishing resource groups like Working Parents, Women’s Network & Able team contributing to our recognition as a "Great Place to Work." In addition to employee engagement, I have a strong background in project management, and vendor management. I’ve successfully managed budgets, driven wellness initiatives, and collaborated closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals. I’m also passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and have been a trailblazer in promoting female representation and LGBTQ+ inclusion within the workplace. Initiatives, such as Sheroes and social justice programs, have significantly enhanced diversity efforts. Alongside my professional experience, I am a certified Life Coach and a certified expert in DEI and Employee Wellness. I believe in the power of nurturing wellbeing, both professionally and personally, and strive to create environments where fulfillment and success can thrive.
