Having had the fortune of working in the 'people' business for the majority of my career, it has fed my deep interest in the true essence of being human - How similar we are, and yet so different, the impact of nature and nurture, and where we have true choice. Human dynamics are fascinating, and the wonderful thing is that we all have the opportunity to influence them. No matter our history, background, preferences, sense of purpose, job title, age or whatever, we can choose to improve things if we really want to. I am a one-to-one coach, team coach, consultant and facilitator, helping individuals, teams and organisations to get 'unstuck', unpick and unlock stuff. I spend much of my time helping leaders to consider what's holding them and their organisations back, and plot a route forward. My particular areas of expertise are in leadership, coaching, change and transition, communication and impact, team and talent development - creating ways in which everyone can be enabled to thrive. My background in senior sales and commercial roles, including at Director-level, help me to integrate the dynamics of people and 'business'. Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the middle of a forest or at the top of a hill, with my trusty border collie, Keke, by my side. Otherwise, I'm likely to be go-karting, enjoying a bizarre and immersive theatre experience, exploring a cave or in a country pub with my husband Tom.
