About Julia Baumgarten

I believe the key for being a successful recruiter is listening carefully, having an open dialogue about someone's expectations, a transparent way of communication as well as finding solutions together. I'm convinced a successful recruitment process is based on teamwork and trust and goes beyond just an initial phone contact followed by exchanging Emails. Furthermore, I enjoy being a mentor and sharing my recruiting experience with others. Training people in Best Practice to empower them to be the best possible recruiter on the market gives me a lot of joy. Sometimes, processes need just a bit of optimisation and therefore I'm always looking to add a fresh approach to "we've always done it like that" standards. Besides recruiting, I'm passionate about avoiding plastic pollution and have volunteered in animal welfare. After work or during my lunch break you find me out for a run but I also enjoy a big plate of pasta or a board game night with friends.
