Prior to all of this, I was CEO of a social enterprise which I grew from a start-up to an organisation leading and shaping a field of practice around multi-directional learning for the healthcare workforce in contexts of forced migration and displacement, partnering with the UNHCR and WHO to scale our approach and impact. In doing so, shifting power and developing a collaborative practice as a team were core to our approach.
