About Julia Becker

As an expert in HR marketing and talent acquisition at Stadtwerke München, I look after the business target group and students as part of university marketing. My work focuses on planning and creating various marketing projects, organising and attending job fairs, interacting with the different departments and creating content for our social media career channels. By participating in the SWM Ambassador pilot project, I share insights into the world of SWM. I started my Ambassador journey as a working student and am now taking my network and anyone else who is interested with me into my role as an expert in HR marketing and talent acquisition. I completed my studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. I have been working at Stadtwerke München GmbH as an expert in HR marketing and talent acquisition since October 2023. Before that, I worked at SWM as an intern specialising in social media and later as a working student in Campus Recruiting.
