I excel at transforming strategies into outcomes through meticulous planning, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring clear communication. My analytical mindset and adept problem-solving skills enable me to support leaders in making robust decisions. My dedication to excellence, combined with my strong leadership and teamwork have propelled me to success in rowing, culminating in two World Championships and selection into the Australian Rowing Team at the and 2004 Olympics. I am deeply passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a strong sense of community, and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. I believe that when people feel supported, valued, and connected, they can achieve extraordinary things—both personally and professionally. Outside of my professional work, I am actively involved in several volunteer roles, including serving as a Surf Life Saver, NSW Lead of the Australian Olympians Association, Minerva mentor, and a member of the Minerva Sports Governance Committee. Through these initiatives, I am committed to supporting others, championing diversity, and advocating for more women in leadership roles.
