About Julia Benn
As the Head of the Secretariat of the International Forum on TOSSD, I step up, lead and co-ordinate the maintenance and improvement of the quality, comparability, relevance, accessibility and user-friendliness of the TOSSD data on official development support. With over thirty years of experience working on Development Co-operation and Global Affairs, for 16 years I was the Head of the Statistical Standards and Methods Unit at the OECD’s Development Co-operation Directorate, as well as the Head of the DAC Working Party on Development Finance Statistics (WP-STAT). Prior to these positions, I served as Development Finance Analyst and Senior Policy Analyst at the OECD-DCD. Before joining the OECD, I advised the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on ODA Statistics, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Côte d'Ivoire and Geneva on International Finance Institutions.
