As an innovative educationalist, neurocoach and serial entrepreneur I have worked with thousands of families to introduce a culture of learning that leads to high performance. I help mothers become inspiring leaders so their families can make a positive contribution to our world by unlocking the code to their fullest human potential. I see a world where families are learning through their passions so they can light up the world with their brilliance. I'm looking for 10 million mums by 2025, who are hungry to uplevel to become Mothers Of Impact so they can lead their family to success AND contribute to a sustainable future. The past few years have collapsed the future of education into the NOW yet still the education system hasn't evolved. We know our children need to learn, think and act differently to have success, with healthy mental wellbeing. With the Lights On Effect we can get children engaging in their education fast, IF the mother is ready to uplevel and grow herself. When a mum transforms into an inspirational leader her family follows her lead. as she brings inside-out learning strategies into her home. When I began my adventure into learning and human potential, back in 2008, I won a national award for changing the life of my children's school. I thought, what if I could change the life of children all round the world? That's the mission I'm now and my belief is that the fastest way to do that is by ensuring that the role of the mother, as influential leaders, is taken seriously and recognised as a key component in creating a sustainable future. If they create a culture of learning that allows their families to explore what they love to do and achieve mastery over their minds it is life-changing for that child. I’ve written the ebook - The Real Reason Your Child Doesn't Want To Learn - which has diagnostic tools for parents to understand their children as learners. I believe every child is born to learn and that they have a 'switch' to their brilliance. When they learn through that switch they become passionate, courageous, unstoppable learners, where they believe anything is possible. Having worked with thousands of children and parents, I know the mistakes and obstacles that stand in their family's way of success. I also know the roadmap and short cuts to get them back on track, fast.
