Hey there, welcome to my profile. I’m a Product Manager and Managing Consultant with 10+ years of experience building digital products that create customer value. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, digital transformation, and human-centered design. In my current role as a Managing Consultant, I lead transformation initiatives end-to-end — from product discovery and project management to digital design and change management. I excel at bringing business goals, customer needs, and delivery reality into one coherent plan that teams can actually execute.As a fomer Head of Product at a B2B SaaS start-up in IT security, I shaped product vision, owned roadmap and budget, and built cross-functional teams and partnerships to accelerate growth. I bring strong experience in agile product development, stakeholder management, and scaling products in complex environments on a tight budget. Over time, I’ve also developed a strong security and compliance lens. Alongside leading a security awareness solution, I served as deputy Information Security Officer and supported internal efforts to achieve ISO 27001 and TISAX readiness.Recently, I’ve been integrating AI into my product toolkit to increase speed and learning quality. I use AI agents to accelerate research, concept development, and validation — and I build tailored agents that reflect my language, values, and way of working. For rapid exploration, I leverage Figma Make for AI prototyping. Outside of my project context I use Lovable to quickly test and iterate on any new ideas.
