I want to make the world a better place. My passion lies in helping others; therefore it’s no surprise that I have chosen the field of social services. I have over 10 years of experience in the social services field and have worked with children as young as 5 years of age to elders of 100 years of age! Although I have had the privilege of serving such a wide range of ages, my passion is to work with children and families. I am committed to serving individuals in need, especially families and young children. I strongly believe children deserve to be raised in a safe and stable environment and it takes the adults in their lives to foster that. I have a proven track record of excellent customer service to the clients that I serve. I have the ability to maintain calm during stressful situations and work well with diverse populations. I believe that EVERYONE matters, regardless of where they may be in their lives. I have been told in my personal and professional life that I am a great listener. I conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner when working with colleagues, clients and other agencies. My work ethic is second to none. I own the problems that arise and solve them either by myself or enlisting the help of others. I am a fast learner and a great team player who can also work individually. I seek to elevate the next company I will work for, just like I have elevated the department I work with now.
