About Julia Brookhart

With over 3.5 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have developed expertise in both the clinical and operational aspects of the industry. I am currently a Counselor Trainee at Cadence Care Network, where I provide counseling services to individuals and groups under supervision. I am also a Behavioral Health Operations Specialist at CareSource, where I work with BH providers. I assist with their billing operational issues for Medicaid, Marketplace, and additional lines of business. I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and well-being, and I am pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My goal is to become a licensed professional counselor and use my operational knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of behavioral health services. I am skilled in active listening, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication, and I value collaboration, learning, and growth.
