I am a masters prepared, LEADS trained leader who offers fifteen years of national and international experience across several healthcare sectors. I have progressive leadership experience and a track record of empowering teams, guiding change and strengthening employee engagement. I am dedicated to constant, measurable improvement and believe that leadership is more than a position – it is an action. I have formal training in project management (including LEAN), quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention and control and public health. Additionally, I have completed courses in Indigneous Cultural Awareness, Cancer Screening, Health Canada Good Clinical Practice, Emotional Intelligence and Crucial Conversations.
