Julia Bryan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, developing trends, cutting-edge marketing techniques, and negotiation strategies. With a combined 40+ years' experience, the team consistently ranks in the top two teams at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty and The Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Julia graduated from Greater Atlanta Christian School and then went on to attend and graduate from Georgia State University where she was involved with her school and was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. In her time there, she volunteered in the community and worked with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Economics. With her public relations education, Julia has become an expert with social media and the latest technologies, giving her an advantage in advertising and marketing properties. With her background in economics, she forecasts trends that could impact the market, is knowledgeable about the best prices in any given area, and is an expert negotiator. When Julia is not selling Real Estate, she takes every opportunity to travel. She can also be found on her Peloton, playing tennis, exploring new hot spots around the city, and cheering on her favorite Atlanta sports teams.
