I’m a passionate and effective educator, change-management specialist, and "policy nerd." I love working as an Epic trainer and technology educator. Let’s be honest,(almost) no one looks forward to a multiple-hour training course on clinical documentation, but nobody who walks out of my class leaves without feeling excited to apply what they’ve learned. Whether you’re brand new to EHR or an experienced Epic Super User—my job is to help empower you to be great at yours! And along the way, you can count on me to share a groan-worthy Dad Joke or two :) My strengths include curriculum development, instructional design, virtual & classroom training, and lean process improvement. I thrive at work when I am finding solutions for challenging problems. I have experience as both a nurse educator and as a clinical nurse in diverse settings (inpatient, procedural/OR, and community health).
