I am an EMDR therapist and I have been licensed since 2014. I worked in private practice for 10 years after becoming licensed and am currently working as a therapist at Foresight Mental Health. I began my training treating substance abuse and have had experience working in school settings as well as community health centers. My experience ranges from working with children, teens, adults, couples, families and individuals. However, treating trauma is now my focus because I found that many mental and emotional health struggles are rooted in traumatic experiences and when I learned how effective EMDR is at treating trauma it became my passion.
