About Julia Cook

Everyone has a passion, but not everyone gets to live out their passion daily. I discovered that I can realize my passions of motivating others and helping them reach their utmost functional potential through Physical Therapy. Ever needed physical therapy? Know someone who has? Then chances are you know that as a physical therapist, my job isn't just knowing what's wrong with your body and fixing it for you. My responsibility is to- Educate you on what's going on and why it's going on - Teach you how to have control over your pain and your life - Cheer you on and when needed, push you to meet your personal goals - Help you recover the physical abilities you had before injury, surgery, or diagnosis… - And if complete recovery isn't possible, I get to problem-solve with you to find new ways to live a full and active life! Yeah, Physical Therapy is pretty much the best.
