Highly successful track record for building and retaining industry-leading teams, achieving business results while fostering an inclusive and high performance culture, and strategic and operational leadership. My current position is Head of Global Medical Writing Services, leading a team across the Americas (US and Canada), Asia (Japan, China, Singapore, and India), Europe (UK, France, Spain, and Germany) and South Africa. I am responsible for over 170 medical writing staff, including senior directors, directors, associate directors, managers, medical writers and support staff, located across 12 sites. Served on the committee of the European Medical Writers Association for over 11 years, and as a Core Committee member of DIA Medical Writing China Regional Community for 3 years.
