Julia Cunningham is an award winning radio and television personality and podcast host. One of SiriusXM's benchmark talents of nearly a decade, Julia currently co-hosts The Jess Cagle Show on SiriusXM Stars where she breaks down major pop culture moments, recaps must watch tv and interviews top tier celebrity talent; recent interviews include Jennifer Garner, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Hugh Jackman, Denzel Washington, and Aaron Sorkin. In addition to her work on The Jess Cagle Show, Julia is the anchor DJ on SiriusXM PopRocks, a channel dedicated to rock songs from the '90s and that became big pop hits. Prior to her work on The Jess Cagle Show, Julia hosted the flagship drive time show LA DAILY on Entertainment Weekly Radio for which she won a Gracie Award. She also served as the morning DJ on venerable indie rock music channel SiriusXMU, helping to break bands such as Vampire Weekend, Phoenix and Phantogram. Beyond her duties as DJ and interviewer for the channel she provided live coverage of festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo. When not broadcasting on SiriusXM, Julia has also served as a red carpet host for DISNEY as well as moderating panels for Women in Film Los Angeles Chapter, The Paley Center and the SCAD Film Festival. Other notable television appearances include Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, E! News, and Entertainment Tonight. In 2022, Julia gave the opening toast at the International Women's Day Five Star Celebration, an event that honored the work of Maggie Gyllenhaal and Diane Warren. In 2020, Julia created a weekly podcast called All Spoiler Recap which routinely charts in the top 100 of the TV/Film section of Apple Podcasts and was recommended by Vulture's "This Week in Comedy Podcasts" feature. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Film and Television, Julia lives in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog.
