I am an HR leader and trainer with 10+ years of experience. Additionally, I support people as a mental coach to help them designing their life as they want to live it (whatever that means for everyone personally- professional success, personal development, happiness). I love to learn about people and their bevahior - why they do what they do and what motivates them (psychology, neurology, communication…). 100% of employees are people. 100% of customers are people. If you truly don’t understand people, you don’t understand anything. If you understand people, then you are able to lead yourself and to inspire others. I am authentic, driven, direct, and at the same time empathetic. I love to inspire others to become the best version of themselves. It is also my passion to provide strategic and operational guidance and advice, to identify improvement opportunities and to lead the implementation of change scenarios. I value my ability to organize and prioritize, to take responsibility and to make decisions.
