I am an accomplished scholar-practitioner, educator, and an analyst with considerable experience in teaching, training, team leadership, green business administration, policy analysis, best practices, managing innovative social services programs, building institutional systems and strengthening private/ public services and non-government organizations across the Caribbean, and the United States of America. I am enrolled in the Doctor of Business Administration program at University of Maryland University College (UMUC); recently completed a second Master’s degree in Distance Education and E-Learning (MDE) at UMUC; in addition to holding a Master’s of Education in Instructional Technology (MDE) from the same institution. Summary Achievement: Over the past sixteen years, I have gained managerial experiences which enable me to work within a wide range of diverse team environments. I have displayed research and development, marketing and advertising skills with innovative strategies, as I engaged in several state-of-the-art and cutting edge technologies, which required my skills in networking with international and local organizations, soliciting business entities, corporations, partnership, and entrepreneurs. I have also conducted training of trainers sessions in information communication and technologies and other areas of the corporate body that enable their leadership sustainability.
