I enjoy working with the public, and being a source of information. I posses strong interpersonal skills, skilled with various computer programs. My professional experience, specifically administrative and secretarial work, have allowed me to cultivate the art of personable engagement with clients. Attentive listening and people-skills have yielded success in adapting to a vast array of personalities in order to ultimately meet their needs. As a basketball coach and trainer, my leadership and motivational skills have developed tremendously, developing the athletic, intellectual and spiritual dimensions of athletes through training, camps, clinics, on-line support, motivational speaking and consulting. I certainly have the necessary people-skills and leadership that will allow any team to be successful. In addition, my past administrative assistant, intern, and artistic backgrounds offer an advantage. I am incredibly reliable, outgoing, and I've been waiting to find a job that allows me to utilize my creative, customer service and administrative talents. These talents will further benefit my acting as a liaison between customers and companies, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
