Chemistry Graduate | Industrial Operations & Environmental Management Expert | Global Quality & Product Safety Leader With over 13 years of experience in large industrial companies, I bring a strong background in chemistry, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability. I hold a degree in Chemistry with technological attributions from UFRJ and have built a career leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex manufacturing environments, and driving global quality and product safety strategies. Currently serving as Global Director of Product Safety, QMS & Continuous Improvement at IFF, I lead initiatives across 130+ manufacturing sites worldwide, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of quality, and delivering impactful training the employees. My role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic risk management, and the development of global standards and training programs. Previously, I managed environmental and operational programs in the beverage industry, overseeing KPIs, legal compliance, waste and water treatment, and ISO 14001-based systems. I’m passionate about sustainability, continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver excellence.
