About Julia Dixon

My journey in social media started with a passion for graphic design, photography, and user experience. Since then, it's evolved into a career where I blend my eye for aesthetics, creative style, and knowledge of audience psychology to create innovative social media strategies and content. As a Social Media Coordinator at Brokaw, I identified influencers to use in successful paid campaigns, created social media strategies that increased brand awareness, and helped plan content for both our agency and our diverse range of clients across many social media handles. What keeps me hooked? The ever-changing social media landscape! I thrive on staying ahead of the curve with the latest updates, tools, and best practices. I love reading up on the newest social media updates, swapping stories with fellow social media geeks, and, let's be honest, endlessly scrolling through my social feeds for 'research'. Outside of my career you will still find me on social media but specifically creating fun Instagram stories for my personal account, walking in the Metroparks, or at the beach taking way too many pictures of the sunset. What would a good bio be without some fun facts: I have performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade twice, I have over photos in my camera roll (I told you I like taking pictures.) and I played lacrosse in college!
