About Julia Dorn

To me, learning means creating opportunities, fostering growth and pursuing passion. I am passionate about further developing and redesigning (continuous) learning in a vocational context. Developing targeted and sustainable learning experiences that fit meaningfully into an organisational landscape is particularly important to me. I design learning processes that support employees on their learning journey and create long-term added value. I do this with creativity, an innovative spirit, and a diverse selection of methods and media. I have experience in designing and implementing various training products, including digital, hybrid and in-person formats, as well as in the strategic integration and further development of learning formats. I prioritise didactic quality, clear structures, and visual persuasiveness. I find inspiration in exchanges with subject matter experts and interdisciplinary teams. Joint brainstorming, consultation and new perspectives enable me to constantly rethink learning.
