About Julia Franklin

Transforming learning and workspaces, both in-person and digitally, into environments that foster authenticity, human connection, and inclusion. At Cephable, my work and leadership are informed by my experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP), continuing education consultant, subject matter expert, mentor, and mother. My unique lens merges clinical insight and educational expertise with cutting-edge technology to inform innovation in a practical, human-centered way.The highlights of my day are the moments I get to collaborate with educators, organizations, and individual users to explore AI-driven tools that break barriers, spark curiosity, and amplify voices. Topics I can’t stop talking, teaching, learning about: AI in education, intrinsic motivation, interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation in rehab & education, accessibility, play, communication, and coffee. I believe that play and curiosity aren’t distractions from growth, they're the fuel for it. When I’m not immersed in technology or storytelling, you’ll find me recharging through the people and places that build my playful mindset: teaching POUND® fitness classes, hunting my favorite produce at the farmers market, curating the perfect Spotify playlist, or scouting out the best local latte.
